The Treeline Companies has begun the conversion of a vacant portion of the Macy's building is downtown Brooklyn, New York City.


RESTORATION AND RENOVATION UNDERWAY ON 177 LIVINGSTON
NEW YORK CITY The Treeline Companies has begun exterior restoration and interior renovation in the conversion of a vacant portion of the Macy's building in downtown Brooklyn, New York City. The new building, which has been renamed 177 Livingston Street, will offer approximately 110,000 square feet of Class A office space and 6,000 square feet of ground floor retail space with separate street entrances. Exterior renovations will include restoration of the classic faade and the addition of a new office entrance. The renovated building will feature telecommunications access, 24/7 card access, high-tech security systems and expansive floorplates. Construction will not affect the operation of the existing Macy's store. Occupancy is scheduled for late winter 2007.
