The Treeline Companies has begun the conversion of a vacant portion of the Macy's building is downtown Brooklyn, New York City.


RESTORATION AND RENOVATION UNDERWAY ON 177 LIVINGSTON
NEW YORK CITY — The Treeline Companies has begun exterior restoration and interior renovation in the conversion of a vacant portion of the Macy's building in downtown Brooklyn, New York City. The new building, which has been renamed 177 Livingston Street, will offer approximately 110,000 square feet of Class A office space and 6,000 square feet of ground floor retail space with separate street entrances. Exterior renovations will include restoration of the classic façade and the addition of a new office entrance. The renovated building will feature telecommunications access, 24/7 card access, high-tech security systems and expansive floorplates. Construction will not affect the operation of the existing Macy's store. Occupancy is scheduled for late winter 2007.
