Treeline Companies Appoints Dara A.L. Coope
General Counsel

 

The Treeline Companies, an owner and manager of office properties throughout the New York metropolitan region, has named Dara A.L. Coope, 35, Vice President and General Counsel, responsible for all aspects of Treeline’s legal department, including support of all of the company’s leasing, financing and corporate needs. Fran Schor, president of The Treeline Companies, made the announcement.

Dara joins Treeline with more than 10 years of legal experience, during which time she has developed an extensive real estate background. Prior to joining Treeline, Dara was a member of the Real Estate and Corporate groups at a leading Long Island law firm. Dara holds a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was a member of the St. John’s Law Review. She also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where she graduated cum laude with a concentration in Management Information Systems. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and has also been admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. An avid golfer, Dara is a charter member of the Executive Women’s Golf Association, Long Island Chapter. She resides in New Hyde Park with her husband and two children.
