Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy renewed a 2,498-sf space; Gateway Investments signed a new
5,079-sf lease; Northern Trucking leased a new 1,517-sf space; and TLC Laser Center/20-20 Vision
renewed a 6,135-sf lease.

At 300 Garden City Plaza, Mallamud Finkelstein Inc. signed a 1,225-sf space. Newmark Knight Franknegotiated on their behalf.
