Treeline Grows in Brooklyn

GARDEN CITY ≠ The Treeline Cos. has inked a 10-year deal to rent nearly 19,000 square
feet of office space for Massey Knakal Realty Servicesπ new Brooklyn headquarters.

For the next decade, Massey Knakal will lease 18,750 square feet at 205 Montague St. in Brooklyn, a 370 percent increase from the 4,000 square feet it formerly had in the boroughπs
Bay Ridge section.

Kraig Silver, who worked with Ingram & Hebron Realty on the deal. ≥Itπs the Times Square
of downtown Brooklyn.≤

Founded in 1988 by Paul Massey Jr. and Bob Knakal, Massey Knakal represents sellers of commercial and multi-family properties. Last year, the firm, which has offices in Manhattan and Queens, arranged more than 400 transactions for 500 properties and sales totaling $1.6 billion.

Twenty-year-old Treeline, meanwhile, boasts a five-building Brooklyn portfolio. On Long Island, its properties include One Old Country Road, now 1-800-Flowers.comπs headquarters, and
100-400 Garden City Plaza.
