SZUBSKI JOINS TREELINE

The Treeline Companies, an owner and manager of office properties throughout the New York metropolitan region, has named John M. Szubski, AIA senior architect. Szubski will oversee all aspects of TreelineÕs architecture department, including construction oversight, design of capital improvement projects and coordination of tenant buildouts. SzubskiÕs job title, which is new at the firm, was created by Treeline to meet the demands of its corporate growth and expansion in the New York region.

 

Szubski brings with him more than 30 years of experience as an architect, serving in a wide range of capacities including senior project manager, designer, facilities manager, construction administer and inspector for some of the countryÕs top firms. Szubski has also completed a wide range of architectural enhancements throughout the growing Treeline portfolio at 177 and 180 Livingston Street, 205 Montague Street and 175 Remsen Street in Brooklyn, NY and former Treeline-owned properties at 2 & 4 Gannett Drive in White Plains, NY.

 

Most recently, Mr. Szubski served as a senior project manager and designer for such prestigious firms as The Hertz Corporation and Avis Rent-A-Car, completing facility construction and design work at airports throughout the nation. He has contributed his unique skills as a project leader of the LVMH Building and Louis Vuitton North American flagship store, as well as the Sephora and Nautica stores in Rockefeller Center.

 

Szubski holds a Bachelor of Science degree from United States Naval Academy and a Master of Architecture from Princeton University. He holds architectural licenses in New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Forest Hills, New York.
