Treeline Takes $46M Garden City Office Property

The Treeline Cos. has acquired Atria East, a six-story, 207,000-square-foot commercial office building in Garden City, N.Y., for $46 million. Located at 990 Stewart Ave., the acquisition (pictured) joins Treeline's other Long Island properties, including One Old Country Road, 100 Garden City Plaza, 200 Garden City Plaza, 300 Garden City Plaza and 400 Garden City Plaza. Cushman & Wakefield Inc.’s Andrew Merin and Gary Gabriel represented the seller in the transaction. Major tenants at 990 Stewart Ave. include law firm Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, AIG Financial Services, Guardian Insurance and several government agencies. The property is currently 100 percent leased.
