The Treeline Cos.: Howard Schor, 33, was promoted to executive vice president of strategic operations and planning. He previously was senior vice president.

Mr. Schor will oversee the strategic planning operations and in-house management of Treeline's portfolio of office buildings. Most recently, Mr. Schor served as a senior vice president and before that, he was an associate media director at advertising agency Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners/The Media Kitchen. Mr. Schor's promotion comes on the heels of his earning his MBA in Finance and Management from New York University's Stern School of Business in September 2007.
