Allstate Renews 28,000-SF Lease With Treeline

GARDEN CITY, NY-The Treeline Cos., an owner and manager of office properties throughout the
New York metropolitan region, announced that Allstate has renewed a 28,000-sf lease on the fifth floor of 1225 Franklin Ave. Plaza here.
CB Richard EllisÕ Raymond Ruiz, Marianne Dugan and John Morris represented Allstate. Kraig Silver, SVP of Treeline Cos., represented the owner. Silver tells GlobeSt.com that the aggregate lease value is approximately $4.3 million, adding that the lease term is five years. |
