April 19, 2006 Treeline Deals Add Up to 15.000 Square Feet
The Treeline Companies announces the completion of six leases totaling 14,322 s/f in four buildings in the company's Long Island officebuilding portfolio.
Kraig Silver, senior vice president of The Treeline Companies, represented both the owner and the tenants in these transactions. HTFC Corp. mortgage bankers renewed and expanded their lease at 400 Garden City Plaza, an 180,000 s/f Class A office building located adjacent to the Roosevelt Field Mall and the Meadowbrook Parkway. The firm has expanded by nearly 3,000 s/f in extending their long-term lease commitment to 7,115 s/f at 400 Garden City Plaza. The property isover 98 % leased, with just one availability of approximately 2,600 square feet. At Treeline's 300 Garden City Plaza, a 131,000 s/foffice property also located adjacent to the Roosevelt Field Mall, Dr. Paul Byrne, OB/GYN, has expanded his offices to 1149 s/f, and Rayfield Luzim & Co.,a tax preparation firm, has leased nearly 800 s/f Attorneys Frank Yannelli & Leonard Sperber have renewed their lease for 2219 s/fat Treeline's 100 Garden City Plaza, a fully leased 131,000 s/f office property in Garden City. At 1 Old Country Road, Treeline's recently renovated 315,000 s/soffice property in Carle Place, NY, Patriot One Mortgage Bankers, LLC has entered into a new lease for 2,065 s/f. In addition, the law firm of Edelman Krasin & Jaye has renewed their lease for nearly 1,000 s/f, bringing One Old Country Road to nearly 100% occupancy with just one remaining 1000 s/f suite available.
