April 5, 2006 Treeline's Montague St. Property Now at 100%
The Treeline Companies announced that The New York Public Employees Federation has signed a new long-term lease for 5,600 s/f at Treeline's 205 Montague Street in downtown Brooklyn, bringing the 87,000 s/f office property to 100 percent occupancy.
Kraig Silver, senior vice president at Treeline, represented The Treeline Companies in the transaction, while Robert Hebron of Ingram &Hebron Realty represented the tenant. The new location will serve asthe regional office for the Public Employees Federation's Kings, Queens and Richmond counties members.| "Located at Brooklyn's busiest intersection and with terrific access to mass transportation, 205 Montague Street was a perfect locationfor the Public Employees federation's new regional office," said Mr.Silver of The Treeline Companies.
