Howard Schor joined The Treeline Companies in 2004 as Vice President of Strategic Operations and Planning. He oversees the strategic planning operations and in-house management of Treeline's portfolio of office buildings.

Howard is responsible for meeting the demands of Treeline’s planned corporate growth and expansion in the New York region. Together with Treeline’s CEO, Howard works on risk management programs, internal staffing, reformulating business plans, long-term strategies and mission statements in coordination with Treeline’s other principals. Howard leverages his background in advertising to manage all of Treeline’s communications programs, which include a mix of public relations, advertising, customer relationship management and interactive marketing.

True to his property management roots, Howard still oversees the property management of Treeline’s entire Brooklyn portfolio. Since 2004, he has completely revamped management operations and revitalized this portfolio through the hiring of new staff and institution of new tenant relations initiatives. Mr. Schor has formalized tenant interaction procedures, complaint resolution processes, and implemented new software programs to make management response faster and more efficient. He has also implemented new purchasing standards and hiring criteria for all building engineering and maintenance staff. He also oversees Local Law 11 compliance, vendor contracts, elevator modernization projects and lobby renovations throughout the Brooklyn portfolio. Over the past two years, Howard has greatly enhanced tenant relations through a policy of increased visibility and accessibility to tenants at all times.

In addition to his work in strategic operations, Howard also serves as Chief Technology Officer for Treeline, supervising the upgrade of all computer systems, servers and other internal systems to accommodate increased capacity for the growing company.

In 2007, Howard earned his Masters of Business Administration with specializations in Finance and in Management from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. He also holds a BA in Marketing from Hofstra University. He is an active member of both the NYU and Hofstra University Alumni Associations.
