Kraig Silver is the Senior Vice President for Leasing at the Treeline Companies. His most recent accomplishments range from the closing of complex deals with 1-800 flowers and the Metropolitan Transit Authority to the introduction of direct marketing to Treeline’s leasing efforts. Most importantly, during his tenure at Treeline Kraig has developed a successful leasing and retention program that has kept occupancy at Treeline properties at an all time high.

Kraig’s keen market knowledge is rooted in his 15 years of experience in representing both tenants and landlords. Prior to joining Treeline, Kraig began his career as an exclusive landlord agent before moving to CB Richard Ellis.

Kraig received his BA from The State University of New York at Oneonta. He currently resides in Oceanside, NY with his wife Christine and his three children.
