Fran is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Treeline Company. She has built Treeline into a leader in the real estate industry. Fran has forged Treeline's reputation as an aggressive development firm in all aspects of commercial real estate. She began her career as an investor by developing and supervising the renovations of brownstones, co-ops and condominiums. In this capacity, she gained hands-on real estate, banking and insurance experience through close management of these investments. Today she calls on these experiences to maximize the full value of the Treeline portfolio.

Fran’s clear and consistent management style has enabled Treeline’s entire portfolio to flourish and exceed market expectations. In addition to being instrumental in creating the Treeline business model and in developing Treeline's approach to property management, Fran is credited with forming Treeline Acquisition, Treeline Leasing and Treeline Construction. These businesses are part of the Treeline business model and each one contributes to Treeline’s ability to be a full service owner and operator of investment properties.

A proponent of taking an active role in improving community life, Fran chairs the Business Improvement District Committees for both Livingston Street and Court Street in Brooklyn. She is also an ardent patron of New York City’s Metropolitan Opera and extends this interest in the arts into her personal life as a collector of 20th century art.

Fran is a graduate of Brooklyn College and holds her real estate broker’s license in the State of New York. She and her husband Glenn share time between their homes in New York City and Long Island.
