As Chief Operating Officer of The Treeline Companies, Glenn serves as point of contact with the investment community. He has developed long-standing relationships with major property owners and leading regional and national financial institutions. Glenn has also been actively involved in major capital improvement projects throughout the Treeline portfolio. He oversees construction management for the firm.

Using over 35 years of experience as a developer, investor and attorney, Glenn focuses on off market transactions and is an expert realizing an assets hidden value. His long-term roots in Brooklyn and Long Island provide a distinct advantage in investing in those communities, where Treeline has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to economic development. This expertise extends throughout the New York tri-state area, as Treeline has owned properties throughout New York City and the surrounding suburbs.

Glenn also plays a key role in Treeline's leasing activities, developing creative approaches to making and closing lease deals. His extensive knowledge and his wide range of contacts in the industry enable him to respond quickly and thoroughly to facilitate and conclude deals of remarkable complexity. His long-time relationships with such major tenants as the MTA and HSBC have led to multiple lease transactions over the years.

Glenn is actively involved in a variety of business, educational and philanthropic organizations, including the Real Estate Board of New York, Building Owners and Managers Association, the Brooklyn Law School Alumni association, the Rabbinic Board of Overseers of the Jewish Theological Seminary and the Long Island Board of the Jewish National Fund, among many others.

In his free time Glenn enjoys boating, spending time with his grandchildren and traveling.
