As Construction Manager for the Treeline Companies, Steve Sim oversees tenant build outs, common area renovations and building system upgrades throughout the company’s portfolio. The 25-year construction industry veteran began his career as an electrician and worked his way up through the trades. His experience as an owner of a building supply company has made Steve an expert at estimating and managing costs. Steve has developed a reputation for delivering projects on a tight schedule and within budget.

Upon joining Treeline in 2002, Steve directed the complete ground up rehabilitation of 180 Livingston Street. This undertaking required the installation of all new mechanical systems, elevators, roof and custom tenant fit-outs. He is currently involved in the complete restoration of 177 Livingston Street.

A former U.S. Marine, Steve is an avid James Bond fan. He lives in Flushing with his wife and three children.
